The PitchLinq-Coach is able to communicate with a PitchLinq-Player up to 116 meters (line of sight) away, so well within the infield of any baseball or softball field.

PitchLinq - Player

Dimensions

The PitchLinq - Player measures 2”x1.6”x0.6” and uses 22mm quick release elastic nylon watch strap that adjusts from 5.6”- 8.8”.

Battery Capacity

The PitchLinq - Player has a 500mah battery. It is recommended to turn the unit off in between innings.

Communication Distance

The PitchLinq - Player is able to receive pitch calls and messages up to 116 meters (line of sight) away, so well within the infield of any baseball or softball field.

Communications security

If there are other teams in the tournament using PitchLinq none of the other teams can pick up your pitch calls or messages. Hardcoded into each PitchLinq - Coach are the unique identifiers of each of the PitchLinq - Player units that you order.

Ordering additional PitchLinq - Player Units

Should you choose to order additional PitchLinq - Player units, after you have received your PitchLinq - Coach, you will need to go into the watch management section on the PitchLinq - Coach and add a new watch, then you will have to change the MAC address, click save, then power-cycle the PitchLinq - Coach.
